Eat Fat - Stay Healthy
A new study published shows that low-fat products contain more sugar than regular. Yoplait 99% fat-free yogurt, for example, has 33 grams of carbohydrate and a whopping 26 grams of sugar. Not to mention it has modified corn starch to make it thick (I would assume since it’s missing the fat). Fat is not evil. Just visit Dr. Mercola’s website and read some of his articles on fat and cholesterol.
We have an epidemic of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease going on and it’s the direct result of diets which are low in fat and high in sugar and carbohydrate.
Wake up everybody. Healthy fat is not dangerous. Our obesity and diabetes epidemic is directly related to our horrific diets high in sugar and high in carbohydrates. It’s time to eat healthy fats again. Please don’t buy or eat low fat products. EAT REAL FOOD!
