Green Mediterranean Diet Cuts Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease By Half

When your mother said, "Eat your vegetables," she was correct. New research shows that eating green veggies will protect your liver from fat accumulation not related to alcohol consumption. NAFLD has become an increasing problem today due to poor dietary choices and foods which contain sugar, and in particular fructose.
