Vitamin B12 Deficiency Can Be Sneaky, Harmful

Vitamin B12 deficiency can be very sneaky indeed! B12 deficiency signs may include a variety of strange symptoms and may including bizarre symptoms such as pins and needles in the hands or feet, painful joints and even depression or delusions. Some patient's with B12 deficiency have muscle weakness and show signs of anemia. 

So low B12 side effects are nothing to ignore and patients should have a medical consultation in order to get to the root cause. B12 deficiency in men and women can be common with vegans, the elderly, or individuals who may poor absorption of nutrients from gastric surgery or persistent use of medications which block absorption of vital nutrient from food.
